10K TELEHANDLER

Also referred to as a four-wheel drive telescoping forklift, this telehandler has a maximum lift capacity of 10,000 lbs. and height capacity of 55 ft. The cab has heat and air, and the machine is powered by diesel. See the attached spec sheet for additional details.

IMPORTANT: When renting our large equipment please ask your liability insurance company for a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) that contains the following: *

• The name and address of the insured customer- (you).

• Dutch Rentalz, 243 Market Ave SW, Hartville, Ohio 44632 must be listed as the certificate holder.

• Dutch Rentalz must be listed as additional insured and loss payee.

• Proof of general liability of $1,000,000 minimum.

• Proof of physical damage coverage on the rented equipment with limits greater than the value of the equipment rented.

• Policy number for contractors equipment coverage and effective / expiration dates of coverage.

Rented Equipment coverage must be equal to or greater than the value of the equipment rented.
